Honey Garlic Chicken with Sautéed Green Beans & Mushrooms

Ingredients

For the chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed or sliced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the green beans

  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the mushrooms

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1/2 tsp thyme or Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
