Preparation
1. Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 220°C (conventional mode).
2. Season potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Marinate onions
In a separate bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced onions and stir to coat well.
4. Assemble and bake
Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spread the marinated onions evenly over the top.
5. Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
6. Serve
Remove from oven and enjoy hot
