Sausage Breakfast Muffins

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the muffin tin
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

3. Cook the sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.

4. Mix eggs, cheese, and Bisquick
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the shredded cheese and Bisquick, and mix well.

5. Add sausage
Stir the cooked sausage into the egg mixture until evenly combined.

6. Fill muffin cups
Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

7. Bake
Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

8. Cool and serve
Let cool slightly before serving.
