Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles

Instructions:

  1. Optional – Brown the Beef:
    In a skillet over medium heat, sear the beef on all sides to enhance flavor.

  2. Slow Cook:
    Transfer beef to the slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf.
    ➤ Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours, until beef is tender and shred-ready.

  3. Add Noodles:
    Remove bay leaf. Add egg noodles and stir.

  4. Thicken the Sauce:
    Mix flour and water in a small bowl to form a slurry. Stir into the slow cooker.

  5. Final Touches:
    Add Worcestershire sauce, stir, and cook 30 minutes more, until noodles are soft and broth thickens.

  6. Serve Hot:
    Remove bay leaf. Serve and enjoy!
