Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake

👩‍🍳 Instructions

 

  1. Prepare Strawberries & Dish

    • Wash, hull, and slice strawberries (¼-inch thick).

    • Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch (3-quart) dish with a layer of graham crackers.

  2. Make Cream Cheese Filling

    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

  3. Add Pudding & Milk

    • Add pudding mixes and milk. Mix on low speed for 4–5 minutes until thickened.

  4. Fold in Whipped Topping

    • Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until fully combined.

  5. Layer the Cake

    • Pour half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.

    • Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

    • Top with another layer of graham crackers.

    • Add the rest of the cream mixture.

    • Finish with a final layer of sliced strawberries.

  6. Chill

    • Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours, or overnight for best results.

  7. Serve

    • Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over the top.

    • Garnish with crushed graham crackers if desired.

    • Slice and enjoy!
