California Spaghetti Salad

 Instructions

 

  1. Cook the Spaghetti

    • Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

  2. Chop the Vegetables

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, green and red bell peppers, red onion, and black olives.

  3. Prepare the Dressing

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, grated Parmesan, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seeds, and garlic powder.

  4. Assemble the Salad

    • Add the cooled spaghetti to the bowl with the vegetables.

    • Pour the dressing over the top.

    • Toss everything together until well combined and evenly coated.

  5. Chill

    • Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let the flavors meld.

  6. Serve and Enjoy

    • Serve cold. It’s colorful, refreshing, and even kid-friendly thanks to the crunchy, vibrant veggies!
