Deep Dish Apple Crisp

Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 cup
All-Purpose Flour 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar (packed) 1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar 1/4 cup
Ground Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
Cold Unsalted Butter 1/2 cup, cubed
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Apple Filling: Combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl. Toss until apples are coated. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Make Oat Crumble Topping: Combine oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Assemble and Bake: Sprinkle oat crumble topping over the apple filling. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
