3. Probiotic Electrolyte Refresher

Perfect for post-workout recovery or hydration in hot weather.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup coconut water kefir

  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Stir well and serve over ice.
