Honey Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the drumsticks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Arrange the marinated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning the drumsticks halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
