Herb-Infused Garbage Bread with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pound pizza dough
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic, and cook until browned.
Stir in the bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the longer sides, and seal the edges.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Make a few slits on top of the dough to allow steam to escape.
Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
