Mac & Cheese Bacon Burger Rolls in Tortilla Wrap
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and your favorite burger condiments
1 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and your favorite burger condiments
Directions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, macaroni and cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the beef and mac & cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling in the center of each.
4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before serving. Add optional toppings like lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and your favorite condiments if desired.
