Parmesan-Crusted White Fish
Servings: 4

Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush each fish fillet lightly with olive oil on both sides.
Press each fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on both sides.
Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
