My aunt makes this Christmas casserole every year and it never disappoints!

Recipe: Christmas Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients:
48 ounces frozen cauliflower
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 cup stuffing mix
3/4 cup chopped nuts of choice (i.e. walnuts)
1/4 cup cubed butter
3 teaspoon chicken bouillon cubes
1.5 teaspoon ground mustard

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
2. Cook and drain cauliflower.
3. Mix sour cream, cheese, bouillon, and mustard; combine with cauliflower in a greased baking dish.
4. Toast stuffing mix and nuts in butter in a skillet.
5. Sprinkle the toasted mix over the cauliflower mixture.
