Oven-Baked Sausage and Bell Pepper Tray
Servings: 4

Ingredients
1 pound of Italian sausages
2 bell peppers (one red, one yellow), sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large disposable aluminum tray, arrange the sausages evenly.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions around the sausages.
Drizzle olive oil over the sausages, peppers, and onions.
Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the entire tray.
Toss everything gently to ensure even coating of the oil and spices.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are browned and cooked through, and the vegetables are tender.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
