Servings: 4-6

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) package of egg noodles
- 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and set a pot of salted water to boil for the noodles.
2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until just al dente; you want them to maintain a bit of firmness since they will continue cooking in the oven.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked tuna, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen peas. Mix gently to incorporate.
4. Drain the noodles and fold them into the tuna mixture, ensuring even distribution of ingredients.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it uniformly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese across the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
7. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes after removing it from the oven. This allows it to set, making it easier to serve.
