1 ½ cups (150g) crushed golden Oreo cookies (filling included)
½ cup (35g) freeze-dried strawberries, finely ground
3 tablespoons (45g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Strawberry Sauce:
1 ½ cups (225g) fresh strawberries, hulled and finely diced
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
For Finishing:
½ cup (90g) white chocolate, melted
