Ingredients for the Cookie, Flan, and Chocolate Cake
Rectangular cookies (quantity depends on the pan)
1 packet of flan (brand of your choice, in this case Potax)
500 ml of milk
120 g of sugar
Extra milk for soaking the cookies
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
150 g of dark chocolate (minimum 50% cocoa)
100 ml of whipping cream (minimum 35% fat)
Optional: Whipped cream, walnuts, chocolate sprinkles for decoration
