Minor Wounds: A Healing Accelerator
Light bulbs, small cuts, or cracked heels? Diluted in water, vinegar can help gently cleanse these minor wounds. Its antiseptic properties reduce the risk of infection and promote healing. However, be careful never to use it on an open wound, as there is a risk of worsening irritation.
Bath with Vinegar and Lemon Slices
Instructions for a Successful Foot Bath
Equipment Required:
2 to 3 liters of warm water (ideally at 37°C)
25 cl of organic vinegar
(Optional) A few drops of essential oil (lavender or tea tree)
A basin wide enough to completely submerge your feet
Step by step:
Heat the water until it's a comfortable temperature (neither too hot nor too cold).
Pour the water into your previously cleaned container.
Blend in the apple cider vinegar. The initial smell will quickly fade.
Add a few drops of essential oil for a sensory experience, if desired.
Immerse your feet and let them soak for half an hour.
Finish by rinsing with clean water and drying thoroughly.
