Leg pain is very common among people who suffer from arthritis, osteoporosis, poor circulation, or who stand a lot at work. During the summer, feet swell due to the heat, and foot fungus can also appear. This bath, made with simple ingredients you probably already have around the house, will bring you real relief and eliminate foot pain.

Ingredients:

3 liters of warm water
1/2 cup (100 ml) of sea salt
100 ml of apple cider vinegar
A few drops of tea tree essential oil
Instructions:

Pour 3 liters of warm water into a basin. It's best to use slightly warmer water to facilitate absorption of the ingredients.
Add half a cup (100 ml) of sea salt. Sea salt is rich in minerals that speed up metabolism, deeply cleanse the skin, and relieve inflammation. Stir in 100 ml of apple cider vinegar. This vinegar cleanses the skin and relieves inflammation that causes arthritis. It's also excellent for fighting fungal infections.
Add a few drops of tea tree essential oil. This natural antiseptic reduces spasms, rheumatism, arthritis, and muscle pain.
Soak your feet in this bath for 20 to 30 minutes. You can also massage your feet for further pain relief.
Sea salt reduces pain and increases circulation. After using the bath, dry your feet well and apply a cream or oil. A good option is olive oil. Massage your feet while applying the oil.

After this bath, you'll feel light as a bird, and your legs will be pain-free. This method is simple and uses ingredients you probably already have at home.
