The step-by-step method for making your preserves

  1. Step 1: Prepare the tomatoes

  • Clean your tomatoes thoroughly before  cutting them into thick slices .
  • Then transform them into a  smooth puree using a blender .
  1. Step 2: Reduce the puree

  • Transfer your mixture to a  large pot  and bring to a simmer.
  • During cooking,  regularly remove the scum  that forms on the surface.
  • Continue reducing until you obtain a well-concentrated texture.
