Before reaching for medications, it’s worth trying natural ways to support your body. One such option is a simple drink made from ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. When consumed regularly on an empty stomach, it can help cleanse blood vessels and stabilize blood pressure.

Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic (freshly chopped)

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (organic, unfiltered)

1 teaspoon of natural honey

1/2 cup of lukewarm water

Preparation:
Dissolve honey in a glass of lukewarm water.

Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Finally, add the finely chopped garlic and stir again.

Set aside for a few minutes to allow the garlic to “infuse” slightly.

Drink the drink on an empty stomach, preferably 15–30 minutes before breakfast.

Serving and storage tips:
The drink is best prepared fresh each morning.

If you want to save time, you can prepare a larger amount without garlic and store it in the refrigerator for 2–3 days in a sealed glass container. Add the garlic just before eating.

Do not heat the drink – high temperatures may weaken the effect of honey and garlic.
