Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
240 ml fresh lemon juice (approx. 4–5 lemons)
120 ml honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
1 liter of cold water
ice cubes
Lemon slices and cucumber slices for garnish
Preparation:
Puree cucumbers in a blender until smooth.
Strain the cucumber puree through a fine sieve into a carafe.
