Homemade Limoncello: A recipe that makes it really delicious

Preparation:

1. Slice the lemon peel and place it in a container.
2. Add one liter of alcohol and let it stand for 15 days.
3. Boil water, add sugar, and let it dissolve.
4. Let it cool and add it to the lemon peel.
5. Let it rest for one hour.
6. Strain the limoncello and bottle it.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
